After many years of owning and running boutique fitness studio’s, Justine now teaches online from her home in Cape Town and classes are open to anyone, anywhere in the world.
She uses a big screen for her Zoom sessions so that she is able to view all the participants clearly and therefore be able to offer corrections to each individual. All classes are kept small so that each client receives personal attention and guidance where required.

Lift sessions use dumbbells and focus on full body strength. There are two variations: The Lift session without cardio, including abs and stretches (55 min) and the Sweaty Lift which is a HIIT session including cardio & weights which is a 40 min workout. Body resistance & dumbbell exercises are used to push you beyond your perceived limits and give you a SUPER effective FAT-BURNING workout in a short space of time. Our Lift sessions are beginner friendly and cater for all fitness levels.
Justine is a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Fitness Professional. She has worked consistently in the fitness industry since 1995 and amassed a wealth of knowledge in this field, completing many courses and workshops over the years. She continually updates her knowledge to remain on the cutting edge of innovation in the exercise industry.
Justine has owned and run many fitness studio’s over her years in the industry but has found her new home online. Her passion for exercise has always been for functional & intelligent movement and in guiding her clients to better understand how their body moves and to help each client get stronger by building long, lean muscle.
Justine strongly advocates that very little is required for a solid workout. No gym memberships or big equipment but rather just a small space at home and a mat.
