After many years of owning and running boutique fitness studio’s, Justine now teaches online from her home in Cape Town and classes are open to anyone, anywhere in the world.
She uses a big screen for her Zoom sessions so that she is able to view all the participants clearly and therefore be able to offer corrections to each individual. All classes are kept small so that each client receives personal attention and guidance where required.

ONLINE SESSIONS
Lift
Lift sessions are strength training workouts focusing predominately on what women need. Therabands, dumbbells & body resistance are used to give you a SUPER effective FAT-BURNING workout in a short space of time. Lift sessions are beginner friendly and cater for all fitness levels.
CORPORATE SESSIONS
Get your team moving!
Book 45 min sessions for your team either online or in person in your office. Keep your office healthy & productive. This is also great for team building particularly for companies working remotely. Develop a culture of health & wellness with your corporate environment.
At Home in person
At home training in the city bowl, Atlantic Seaboard & Southern Suburbs. All equipment will be supplied. The fee includes up to 3 participants.
HOME SESSIONS
Justine visits homes and offices in the Cape Town city-bowl and surrounds for in person training. She will bring any equipment required for your session and welcomes couples, families & team mates to train together.
ABOUT JUSTINE
Justine is a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Fitness Professional. She has worked consistently in the fitness industry since 1995 and amassed a wealth of knowledge in this field, completing many courses and workshops over the years. She continually updates her knowledge to remain on the cutting edge of innovation in the exercise industry.
Justine has owned and run many fitness studio’s over her years in the industry but has found her new home online. Her passion for exercise has always been for functional & intelligent movement and in guiding her clients to better understand how their body moves and to help each client get stronger by building long, lean muscle.
Justine strongly advocates that very little is required for a solid workout. No gym memberships or big equipment but rather just a small space at home and a mat.

GROUP SESSIONS
- €45 | £40 month
individual
€35 | £30 session
- R500 per 55 min one-to-one online session.
CORPORATE
- R500 per 45 min online corporate session
HOME
- R600 – R700 (location dependent) per session for at home or office training (1-3 participants. Add R100 p/p thereafter) – I come to you.

If anyone asks me one thing you should do while pregnant I would most definitely say Pilates. It helped me so much during the actual pregnancy and even more so recovering from my c-section. I was able to move around fairly easily and recovered pretty quickly despite major abdominal surgery.
