Vanessa and I have remained with Justine and Somersault over many years as we enjoy working out with her. Justine is professional and an expert at what she does. I have recently added a weekly weight training session with her. We enjoy the variations, preparation and progressive nature of the sessions. Training from our home with Justine means that we get the personalised attention to ensure that we improve at each session.

I just wish I knew how you manage to put your foot on the ball while lying down and keeping it still while putting your weight on it… mine wobbles all over the place! Sometimes I wonder how you manage to keep a straight face watching some of us!

If anyone asks me one thing you should do while pregnant I would most definitely say Pilates. It helped me so much during the actual pregnancy and even more so recovering from my c-section. I was able to move around fairly easily and recovered pretty quickly despite major abdominal surgery.

I can’t believe it’s been a year and I definitely can’t believe you hadn’t taught a video class before this – you’ve got it nailed! Thank you for the classes – there were some really stressful times last year and pilates really helped me stay sane, with the added upside of a stronger body. I also want to compliment you on how you keep the class going with not only your crystal clear instructions, but also your cute/humorous anecdotes during the class! I teach my Bollywood classes on Saturdays and I know first hand how difficult it is to keep talking and doing your best to be entertaining when there is absolutely no feedback from your mute students!
